James is an extremely versatile guitarist who is adept at reading his audience. He has adapted his high energy, rhythmic, classical/Flamenco style to a plethora of genres in a most unexpected way, always suprising and delighting his listeners. James has played for people as diverse as Presidents, sports stars ( Earvin "Magic" Johnson), and many others. His CD is in the private collection of Debbie Reynolds, who plays it at her dance studio in Los Angeles. James is a veritable one man band, having recorded all of his own backing tracks to create a sound that belies the fact that he is a solo artist!
